It is an undeniable fact that children are the most affected by the breakdown of the marital union and the parties' arrival at the stage of divorce. Joint children who are forced to make statements about their parents in courts and judicial authorities during the divorce process are also subject to custody and personal relationship cases after the divorce and are subjected to the procedures required by the child delivery procedure.
