We also negotiate policy terms, resolve disputes arising from the realization of the insured risk through mediation, calculate compensation arising from damages, prepare discharge and settlement protocols in accordance with the legislation and established precedents. In addition, we provide effective legal services in the fields of litigation, enforcement, consultancy and projects regarding the resolution of disputes arising from all kinds of insurance policies, both through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, the Insurance Arbitration Commission, ISTAC and the general courts.
